FAQ
1.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Where is it located?
We are a trading company, situated in Shengze city, Suzhou, Jiangsu province, China. If you plan to visit us, kindly inform us in advance and we will assist with the arrangements.
2.How do you provide samples?
A4 samples or less than one meter are complimentary. Charges apply for quantities exceeding 1 meter. All freight collect. However, the cost will be credited in future orders. Samples are typically dispatched within two days.
3.What is the minimum order quantity?
For most items, the minimum order quantity is 1200 meters per color. This can be adjusted based on customer requirements.
4.What is your delivery time?
The bulk lead time depends on the items and quantity, usually around 15-30 days. However, we can be flexible with production scheduling. If you have a tight ETD, we will try our best to provide the earliest possible delivery time for you.
