Our main products are nylon and polyester functional jacket fabrics. The raw materials of the polyester fabrics are derived from petroleum extracts. The production process starts from plastic particles, then to yarn, weaving, dyeing, membrane application, and other finishes. Please check the photos to clearly see the PRODUCTION processes. If we need to print, we will dye the fabrics in off-white or natural white. If customers require plain dyeing with other finishes, we will perform these treatments after dyeing and inspection. Fabric production is not the same as other products; we produce it according to customers' requirements, with different demands leading to different processes. Sometimes just dyeing finished can package, but sometimes after dyeing, we still have 5 or 6, or even more processes to go through. But all we do is for you. |
